Yoga is delivered in many ways. Along with the wider benefits of yoga, Live Life Well Yoga sessions aim to improve tone and general fitness. The ethos is improve fitness in an encouraging and non-competitive environment. Of course the sessions are also intended to be enjoyable. Classes last one hour and are held at two venues in the Stone area, Frank Jordan Centre according to the timetable shown below.
