Zoom Classes

Following the Covid-19 lockdown online delivery of classes via Zoom were introduced. The format and aims of the online classes are the same as the classes held in physical venues and feedback has been very positive. If you are interested in attending an online class feel free to make an enquiry using the contact form on this site.

Zoom classes are available on Mondays between 7:00-8:00pm.  If you are interested in attending please make contact through the contact links on this website.


Face-to-face Classes

(Currently Suspended)

Yoga is delivered in many ways. Along with the wider benefits of yoga, Live Life Well Yoga sessions aim to improve tone and general fitness. The ethos is improve fitness in an encouraging and non-competitive environment. Of course the sessions are also intended to be enjoyable. Classes last one hour and are held at two venues in the Stone area, Oulton Village Hall and Stone Crown Bowling Club according to the timetable shown below.
